7. Data Retention

Order and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of 6 years from the date of the transaction, as required under UK tax and accounting regulations (including HMRC requirements).
Customer accounts: Retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it does not constitute personal data.
